The Magnetic Lamp is an innovative track-type quick-swap lighting solution that leverages magnetic technology for easy attachment.  It comprises two main components: the magnetic track and the lamp.  The track offers versatility with three installation options: surface-mounted, recessed, and suspended. The lamp, on the other hand, is modular and includes a variety of types such as flood linear lamps, anti-glare accent linear spotlights, high-power spotlights, hanging lamps, wall washers, and decorative lamps.  These modular lamps can be utilized independently or combined to create diverse lighting effects.

Product Installation

1.Before installing the lamp, follow the instructions to install the track; (Chart one)
2.Hold both sides of the lamp clasp with both hands and put it in the track; (Chart two)
3.Secure the buckle at both sides of the lamp, push the fitting into the track,loose the buckle to ensure the fitting fully fasten in the track ; (Chart three)
4.When the lamp is installed, turn on the switch and power up the test. 

Note:when pulling out the lamp, both hands must hold the safety clasp on both sides of the lamp.

Q2: Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A2: Yes. We provide ODM and OEM services. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q3: How to deal with the faulty?
A3: During the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.

Q4: Can I have a sample order for led light?
A4: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. One sample or mixed samples are acceptable.

Q5: How long time to ship the goods if place an order?
A5:  Usually 7 days for sample or small order,15 working days for bulk order, but sometimes depend on the order quantity.
