Installation Instructions

 

1.Drill two holes in the wall according, to thehole spacing of the lamp body and insertthe expanded plastic tube.
2.Align the base with the expanded plastictube and tighten the wood screws with ascrewdriver
3.Drill three holes in the floor according, tothe hole spacing of the base and insert ex-pansion screws.
4.Align the base with the expansion screwsleeve and tighten the nut.
5.Place the lampbody on the pole,then use screw driver to tighten 3 screws.
6.Place the metal cage under the earththen use cement to fix that cage, put the light pole on it at last.
7.Use drill to make holes on the harder road based on the distance of the hole in pole,then use expansion screw tofix the pole.

A2: Yes. We provide ODM and OEM services. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q3: How to deal with the faulty?
A3: During the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.

Q4: Can I have a sample order for led light?
A4: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. One sample or mixed samples are acceptable.

Q5: How long time to ship the goods if place an order?
A5:  Usually 7 days for sample or small order,15 working days for bulk order, but sometimes depend on the order quantity.
